Bom dia alegria! Assim chegamos ao fim de mais uma semana e ao fim deste desafio.

Dia trinta e um (e último) do desafio "guarda-roupa essencial à prova": O que melhor do que uma peça de pêlo para conferir a dose certa de glamour a um básico? Foi esta a inspiração para o look que escolhi para nos despedirmos do guarda-roupa essencial. Um básico branco conjugado com uns jeans favorecedores e um colete de pêlo. Um outfit casual, na sua essência, abrilhantado pelos acessórios que facilmente o levam de uma sexta-feira casual no escritório, para um jantar com a cara-metade ou um copo com as amigas ao final do dia.

Good morning sunshine! Thus we come to the end of another week and the end of this challenge.

Day thirty one (and last) of the "essential wardrobe to the test" challenge: What better garment to add just the right amount of glamour to a basic, than fur? This was my inspiration when choosing the farewell look to the essential wardrobe. A white basic paired with flattering jeans and a fur vest. A casual outfit in its essence, brighten up by the accessories that can easily take it from a casual Friday at the office to a romantic dinner or drinks with friends, later on.

Gostava de saber a vossa opinião, se acharam útil, interessante, se conseguiram retirar ideias para o vosso próprio guarda-roupa... O que considerarem pertinente partilhar, eu agradeço o vosso feedback.

Dia trinta do desafio "guarda-roupa essencial à prova": Mistura de padrões ao quadrado, verdade? Porque um cardigan não tem que ser apenas um casaco que complementa o outfit, ele pode ser usado como camisola, não quis deixar terminar este desafio sem exemplificar isso mesmo. E aqui está o resultado. Num coordenado deste tipo, um cinto é fundamental, pois além de tudo o resto, ajuda a criar uma separação ténue entre um padrão e outro.

Good morning sunshine! I wish that you're having a fabulous week. Around here we are wrapping up the "essential wardrobe to the test" challenge. I would really appreciate if you could give me your feedback, if you found it useful, interesting, were you able to take ideas for your own outfits... Anything that you find relevant, I will very much appreciate your inputs.

Day thirty of the "essential wardrobe to the test" challenge: Mixing patterns squared, right? Because a cardigan does not have to be just a light coat to complement an outfit, it can be worn as a sweater too, I could't let this challenge end without demonstrating just that. And here's the result. In such a coordinate, the use of a belt is a must, for all the reasons that we already know and to create a thin separation between patterns, so it doesn't get to busy.

Bom dia alegria! Chegámos ao meio da semana e o sol volta para nos dar alento para continuar. Eu confesso que gosto de dias como os de ontem, em que nem está calor nem está frio, o sol aparece envergonhado e sente-se uma ténue brisa no ar. Ontem tive uma reunião numa esplanada em Lisboa e que agradável foi poder, logo pela manhã, aproveitar tudo isto. Eu gosto do que faço mas há dias em que me sinto particularmente abençoada. Por mais desvios que o caminho nos apresente, se soubermos aproveitar as pequenas coisas que o Universo nos dá e tivermos o apoio de quem nos ama, está tudo certo!

Dia vinte e nove do desafio "guarda-roupa essencial à prova": Uma saia lápis conjugada com um t-shirt branca e uma trench. Uma saia lápis é uma óptima peça para nos conferir, instantaneamente, elegância e feminilidade. Por outro lado, conjugá-la com uma t-shirt é a forma ideal de suavizarmos a silhueta e o look geral, já que lhe dá um tom mais descontraído. A trench é talvez a minha peça de eleição para esta altura do ano, já que acrescenta charme, elegância e agasalho suficiente a qualquer look, sem pesar demais nos dias mais amenos. Os acessórios fazem deste um outfit moderno e jovial.

Good morning sunshine! Here we are, in the middle of the week and the sun is back to cheer us up and keep us going. I must say that I enjoy days like the one we had yesterday, when it is not hot nor cold, the sun is shy and we feel a soft breeze in the air. Yesterday I had a meeting in a terrace, in Lisbon and how pleasant it was to be able to take this all in, first thing in the morning. I love what I do but some days I just feel particularly blessed. No matter how many detours you encounter along the journey, if you can enjoy the little things that the Universe throws at you and you have the support of your loved ones, it's all good.

Day twenty-nine of the "essential wardrobe to the test" challenge: A black, pencil skirt paired with a white t-shirt and a trench. A pencil skirt is a great garment to provide you with instant elegance and femininity. On the other hand, pairing it with a t-shirt is a perfect way to tone down the silhouette and the over all look, since it gives you a more relaxed appearance. The trench is probably my go to piece of the season, since is provides just the right amount of charm, elegance and warmth to any outfit, without weighing on warmer days. The accessories make this a modern and youthful attire.

Os coletes são uma óptima alternativa para quando o tempo começa a esfriar e um cinto fino é a forma ideal para conseguirem usar um de pelo sem perder completamente as formas.

Vests are a great alternative for when the weather starts to chill and a thin belt is the perfect way for you to be able to wear a fur one, without completely loosing your silhouette.

Um vestido de dia conjugado com um blusão de cabedal e stilettos. Eu gosto muito da combinação destas duas cores suaves, bem como, da oposição da aparência delicada do vestido lápis com o roqueiro blusão.

Day twenty-seven of the "essential wardrobe to the test" challenge: After a weekend of casual, relaxed outfits, there's nothing better than starting the week with something completely opposite, such as this lady-like attire. A day dress paired with a bicker jacket and stilettos. I love the combination of this two soft colors and, also, the contrast of the delicacy of the pencil dress with the rocker appearance of the bicker.

Dia vinte e seis do desafio "guarda-roupa essencial à prova": Um outfit casual e prático que me permite liberdade suficiente para almoçar com a família, ir tomar um café a uma esplanada e aproveitar algum deste sol maravilhoso que se faz sentir e, preparar o trabalho de amanhã. Os meus jeans boyfriend combinados com uma t-shirt e um cardigan especial, com uma tonalidade bronze-dourado. O chapéu, os loafers e mala pele de cobra, conferem-lhe caracter e elegância, como qualquer look, casual ou não, deveria ter.

Good morning sunshine! How's your weekend going? I hope that it's being a happy and restful one, has all weekends should.

Day twenty-six of the "essential wardrobe to the test" challenge: A casual and practical attire that allows me just enough room to have lunch with my family, grab a coffee on a terrace and take in some of this marvelous sun that we have today and prepare tomorrow's work. My boyfriend jeans paired with an inspirational t-shirt and a special cardigan that has a bronze-golden tone to it. The hat, loafers and bag, both in snake pattern give it character and elegance, has should every look have, casual or less casual.

Bom dia alegria! E um excelente fim‑de‑semana para todos.

Dia vinte e cinco do desafio "guarda-roupa essencial à prova": Um look descontraído e confortável para um dia atarefado, que me requer andar muito a pé, de carro, carregar material de trabalho (para quem acha que ser Consultor de Imagem é só folhear umas revistas de moda e dar uns palpites sobre o visual alheio, desengane-se!), ir a vários sítios diferentes e, claro, encontrar tempo para estar com a família. Umas leggings pretas conjugadas com uma t-shirt preta e branca e uns botins pretos criam a base do look, conseguindo manter uma silhueta elegante, apesar de muito confortável. Os botins, de salto baixo e largo, têm umas tachas pretas no calcanhar e salto que lhes conferem um toque especial e menos desportivo. A trench, a boina leopardo e a mala vermelha dão-lhe graça e cor, ao mesmo tempo que conferem um ar polido e elegante.

Good morning sunshine! And a fabulous weekend to you all.

Day twenty-five of the "essential wardrobe to the test" challenge: For today a relaxed and comfortable look to help me get trough a busy day, that requires me to walk a lot, drive from place to place and go to several different places, carry work material (for those who think being an Image Consultant is all about looking at fashion magazines and opine on other people's looks, think again!) and, obviously, find time to be with my family. Some black leggings paired with an inspirational, black tee and black booties make the base of this look, keeping an elegante silhouette despite being super comfy. The booties, with a low, chunky heel have some black, bright studs along the back which gives it a special, less sporty appearance. The trench, leopard beret and red handbag give it grace and color while keeping it polished and elegant.

Bom dia alegria! Sexta-feira... Devo dizer que esta semana tem sido intensa e extremamente cansativa. O fim‑de‑semana também não será de descanso mas sabe sempre bem chegar a sexta-feira. Acho que estou a precisar de fazer uma pausa e recarregar baterias, só tenho que arranjar tempo para o fazer.

Dia vinte e quatro do desafio "guarda-roupa essencial à prova": Falando em pausas, quando uso esta pashmina lembro-me sempre de Paris. Estivemos lá há dois anos e apanhámos um tempo frio e chuvoso, não estávamos nada à espera pois era já Primavera. Então um dia, numa rua de Paris, comprei esta pashmina que foi a minha fiel companheira no resto da estadia. Aqui sobreposta a um blazer e top básico, ambos rosa pálido, uns jeans e loafers de padrão cobra. Na verdade, uma pashmina é um elemento muito versátil, já que pode ser sobreposta a qualquer peça de roupa.

Good morning sunshine! Friday... I must say that this has been an intense, tiring week. The weekend won't be a resting one either but it always feels good to get to Friday. I think I'm just in need of a break to recharge my batteries, now I just have to find the time for that.

Day twenty-four of the "essential wardrobe to the test" challenge: Talking about breaks, when I use this pashmina I always remember Paris. We were there a couple of years ago and got some really cold, rainy weather that we weren't expecting since it was already Spring. So, one day, I bought this pashmina on a very Parisian street and never let go for the rest of our stay. In today's look it's layered on a basic top and blazer, both in a pale pink hue, jeans and snake patterned loafers. A pashmina is actually a very versatile, useful garment, since it can be layered with everything.
